Back by popular demand, Lisa Giordano continues her series of art-inspired yoga workshops at The Aldrich. With Virginia Poundstone's graceful outdoor geometric flower sculpture as the centerpiece, certified instructor Giordano will lead an energizing Vinyasa class that moves participants through a series of elegant and strong poses. Healthy spa refreshments will be served.
