Founders Hall hosts authors of What We Talk About When We're over 60"

Author Sherri Daley, along with five contributing writers to the book, What We Talk About When We’re Over 60, will read from the book at Founders Hall on Friday, February 26 at 1pm. The book is an anthology of essays on wide-ranging topics such as lost loves, gender roles, parenting, resilience and  obsessions, all written by women over age 60. Daley calls the book, “…a collection of human noise and heartbeats from women who have been around…long enough to have something intelligent, funny, bawdy or deeply moving to say.” After the readings, there will be time for discussion and opportunity for audience members to share their own stories.

Founders Hall, located at 193 Danbury Road, is a donor-supported education and recreation center for people age 60 and older. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 203.431.7000.
