Winter Garden Ice Arena has announced the 2016 Play For Purpose Schedule of Special Events beginning on Thursday, April 28.

- New York Rangers Skate With The Greats
- 2pm - New York Sled Rangers vs. Gaylord Wolfpack Game
- 4pm - Danbury vs. Fairfield County Firefighters Game
- Barbecue / Bake Sale
Play for Purpose is a 501c3 Charitable Organization comprised of men and women hockey players from 16 to 75 years old that will hit the ice to play a 72-hour continuous hockey game to raise awareness and funds for multiple charities.
