Fairfield County Bank & Daniel C. Levine Honored at Ridgefield Playhouse Gala on September 17

The Ridgefield Playhouse Fall Gala Committee (shown here) has been hard at work getting ready for Kenny Rogers’ final world tour, appropriately titled The Gambler’s Last Deal, when he headlines the Playhouse Gala on Saturday, September 17 at 5:30 p.m. as part of the Mountain Country and Bluegrass Series.

After more than five decades of touring and entertaining, the Country Music Hall of Famer has received an impressive 3 GRAMMY® Awards, 11 People's Choice Awards, 19 American Music Awards, 8 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards and 6 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, among many other accolades.

Tickets to this Gala event include open bar, dinner by top area restaurants, exciting silent and live auction items including a piece of Kenny Rogers memorabilia signed by Rogers on the night of the show! “The Gambler’s Last Deal” concert features a brand new show, including a nostalgic look back through Rogers’ storied 50-plus-year career.

Following the reception, Fairfield County Bank will be celebrated as this year’s Gala honoree. This year’s Arts Volunteer award will be presented to Daniel C. Levine a member of The Ridgefield Playhouse Artistic Advisory Board.

Following the award presentations and live auction, ticket holders will see Kenny Rogers perform a night of hits; “The Gambler,” “Lady,” “Lucille,” “We’ve Got Tonight,” “Through the Years” enhanced with personal stories, vintage photos and video clips - including never-before-seen footage—the music-filled retrospective will touch on every part of Rogers’ career. Along with his long list of hits, Rogers is singing songs in concert that he hasn’t performed in years.
