The community is welcome to attend a unique program on healthy living as one ages on Thursday Dec. 1 from 11-1pm. Jerome Kerner will be presenting his popular seminar on wise aging.
Jerome will introduce Sage-ing concepts including life review, forgiveness work and issues surrounding our mortality.
Sage-ing sessions are not specific to any faith or denomination and will serve to enhance spiritual maturity in any faith practice. Based on the work: From Age-ing to Sage-ing: A Profound New Vision of Growing Older by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and additional resources. The program is geared to those 55 and older seeking purpose and meaning in the second half of life
