Civility in Politics - Have We Lost Our Way? Our political landscape will be up for discussion on Thursday, Feb. 23, 7:30 pm at Ridgefield Library.
Civility in Politics - With the current political climate, and divisiveness and uncivil behavior displayed during the election season, the League of Women Voters of Ridgefield is hosting a program entitled “Civility in Politics”. Cosponsored by the Ridgefield Library, this evening will educate, create public awareness, and invite further discussion.
Participants include: Todd Brewster (Veteran journalist, author, historian, producer), Rudy Marconi (Ridgefield’s First Selectman), Tom McMorran, Ed.D (Superintendent of Schools in Easton, Redding and District 9), E. Patricia Llodra (Newtown’s First Selectman), and JR Romano (Chairman, CT Republican Party)
