Join us for a very special presentation by Jack Mitchell, author and owner of Mitchells Store, on implementing a successful customer service philosophy and strategy.  Learn how the customer experience is paramount to success in any industry or business.

Mitchells of Westport, Connecticut and Huntington, New York are men’s and women’s specialty stores, known the world over for exceptional customer service, exquisite designer clothing, jewelry and accessories, and multi-generational relationships with designers and customers alike.  Jack Mitchells parents, Ed and Norma Mitchell, founded the store in 1958 with Norma famously bringing in her coffee pot each day to make the customers feel welcome. Ever since, we have strived to carry on that tradition, offering lattes, snacks, M&M’s, a “Kiddie Corner” and other services, all designed to make customers feel at home.

Jack Mitchell is the author if two books: "Hug Your Customer" published in 2003 and " Hug Your People" published in 2008. In this seminar, Jack will reveal his customer service secrets for developing long-lasting business relationships and customer loyalty. "We shower our customers with attention. There's no doubt in my mind that our philosophy can be applied to selling just about anything -- from aircraft engines to beanbags."
