Ridgefield Public Schools, Ridgefield Council of PTAs, Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and the Ridgefield Library present: Emotional Intelligence with Dr. Marc Brackett on Tuesday, April 25 beginning at 7 PM at East Ridge Middle School.
Dr. Marc Brackett, Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and Professor in the Child Study Center at Yale University, will lead a discussion about the critical importance of developing tools for learning more about emotional intelligence.
Dr. Brackett has published over 100 scholarly articles on this topic. His research is featured regularly in The New York Times, Time Magazine and National Public Radio. He regularly consults with school systems and companies around the world including Facebook, Schwab and Goldman Sachs.
