Ice Cream, Antique Cars & More at The Little Red Schoolhouse Open House Tomorrow!

Join The Little Red Schoolhouse for a special Open House this Sunday

This Sunday, June 25th, the Little Red Schoolhouse will be hosting an open house. Open houses are a regular event at the schoolhouse, but this weekend is a special occasion. After recently being painted inside and out, this weekends open house acts as a celebration to the refurbishment of a town treasure.

On this special open house, guests can enjoy antique cars, ice cream on the lawn courtesy of GiGi's Family Ice Cream Truck, antique toys for kids, and other activities.

The Open House is from 1 to 4 pm, with additional parking across the street.

Built in 1756, the Little Red Schoolhouse is one of the oldest buildings in town, working as a museum of old Ridgefield.

The Little Red Schoolhouse, also known as Peter Parley Schoolhouse, is located at the corner of West Lane and South Salem Road (off Connecticut 35) in historic Ridgefield, CT.
