CHIRP Free Concerts Brings a Grammy nominee and an acoustic trio to Ballard Park on Main Street this week
Tues. July 25th: C.J. Chenier & his Red Hot Louisiana Band - a grammy nominee who is voted, year after year, CHIRP's "most wanted back". The Living Blues magazine called him the "best living zydeco singer and accordionist", known for zydeco, funk, blues, R&B, swamp pop, and country. Learn more here.
Thu. July 27th: The Stray Birds - an acoustic trio that started out as buskers and have gone on to become very successful musicians. The group is best known for their songwriting and "harmony blend", as well as their unique mix of instruments and sounds. Learn more here.
