Local financial planners offer 2-night course at RVNA

Fairfield County Investors Prepare for Financial Storms in Retirement

Ridgefield, Connecticut. The Retirement Income Blueprint, an educational financial planning course designed to help investors prepare for the challenges of life after work, covers critical personal finance topics for members of the community who have recently retired or plan to retire within the next 10 years. The course includes four informational and interactive presentations over the course of two evenings, September 28th and October 5th, 6:30pm to 8:30pm, in the RVNA building, located at 27 Governor Street in downtown Ridgefield.

Attendees will learn high-level strategies to generate sustainable income and continue to grow wealth despite soaring healthcare costs, rising prices and taxes, and low interest rates. The material will be presented by CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals from Reby Advisors, an award-winning* financial advisory firm with offices in Connecticut, New York, and Florida.

The topics covered will include:

  •          The Foundation for a Successful Retirement: Have you overlooked any critical risks that have the potential to ruin your retirement?
  •          The Art of Replacing Your Paycheck: How will you grow your assets and income to keep pace with the rising cost of living?
  •          How to Avoid Outliving Your Assets: Sustain your lifestyle even if an economic slowdown, domestic political implosion, or geopolitical blowup derails the bull market.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary copy of “Wealth Redefined: Charting the Way to Personal and Financial Freedom,a new financial planning book recently published by Ridgefield resident and CEO of Reby Advisors, Bob Reby. The book covers retirement income planning and other personal finance topics.

RVNA’s Community Health Nurse Manager, April Rodriquez, RN, will also share advice for remaining healthy physically and financially through retirement.
