Last Night of Chanukah Celebration in Downtown Ridgefield

Ridgefield's Chanukah Celebration & Menorah Lighting on Tuesday, December 19 at 5 PM - 6 PM

Congregation Shir Shalom and Temple B’nai Chaim invite you to join us on the last night of Chanukah for a Community-Wide Celebration and Menorah Lighting on Main Street!

Open to ALL!

At the darkest time of year, let’s brighten our town by:

* Building a "Mitzvah Menorah" (Bring a non-perishable food item to help us build; all items will be donated to area food pantries)

* Witnessing the World's largest Challah Menorah (baked by Ross Breads!)

* Celebrating diversity in our community

* Learning about the miracles of Chanukah and Judaism

* Hearing the uplifting voices of the Ridgefield Chorale

* Singing and dancing to Chanukah songs old and new!

* Inspiring each other with the messages of Chanukah: hope and strength through unity

* Hearing greetings from local officials and clergy from many faiths

* Lighting a GIANT Menorah on the last night of Chanukah

* Eating delicious FREE food including latkes (potato pancakes), donuts, and hot chocolate

* Connecting with people around the country through the #NJOP#ChanukahAcrossAmerica program

* Donating a coat to share warmth with others in need

On Main Street in downtown Ridgefield in front of CVS Plaza (next to PrimeBurger)
