The National Weather Service has issued this Special Weather Statement for Northern Fairfield County:
Light to moderate snow will continue this evening with isolated areas of moderate to heavy snow possible at times. An additional 1 to 2 inches of snow is possible. Motorists should be on the lookout for slippery roadways and reduced visibility with any heavy snow and should use caution when driving.
