Donations Needed for Woodcock Nature Center's Wreath Festival

The Woodcock Nature Center is in need of donations of dried materials from local yards that can be used for their annual Wreath Festival.  They would love anything found in nature with color, texture or an interesting shape, including:

  • Acorn with hats on
  • Asparagus leaves, dried
  • Baby’s breath, dried
  • Bay leaves
  • Bayberries
  • Blue spruce sprigs
  • Boxwood clippings
  • Bunny tails-red & white
  • Caspia, dried
  • Cattails
  • Cedar sprigs
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Cloves
  • Cockscomb
  • Corn husks for flowers
  • Deer moss
  • Dusty Miller, pressed
  • Eucalyptus
  • Ferns, dried/pressed
  • Flowers, dried
  • Frankincense
  • Fraser fir sprigs
  • Fungi

Please DO NOT bring Bittersweet vines or berries!

Materials can be dropped off at the center – please make sure that they are dry when they arrive.
