Ridgefielder is Head Over Heels for Snow

Ridgefield is digging out after the biggest snowstorm of the season. While it wasn't multiple feet originally predicted, the National Weather Service measured approximately 7 inches of snow in Ridgefield. Click here for snowfall totals in the northeast.

In his last Everbridge message to residents, First Selectman Rudy Marconi lifted the town's State of Emergency and said that the town highway department was busy plowing roads. 

There were no power outages in Ridgefield.

Superintendent Deborah Low just announced that there will be a TWO hour delay for Ridgefield Public Schools tomorrow to allow adequate time for early morning road and parking lot clean-up and preparation.
