Mr. Craig Tunks, Director of Technology and Operations Development has announced his appointment as Director of Digital Learning and Innovation in Weston effective June 1, 2015. Mr. Tunks has served the Ridgefield Public Schools since August 2012. During this time he has overseen the implementation of BYOD, Library Learning Commons, a new student information database, a new district website, Google Apps for Education, stronger technology infrastructure, and school security enhancements just to name a few. His vision for technology and learning has benefited students and staff across the district. Craig’s good work and presence will be missed but we congratulate him on his new position.
Craig will work with us to ensure a smooth transition for the district. We will begin a search process for his replacement.
