Support for Ridgefield Seniors Dealing with Addiction

Older adults and their family members face a unique set of obstacles in dealing with addiction. For some the aging process coupled with the loss of structure can intensify feelings of anxiety, loneliness and uncertainty. Frequently the natural signs of aging mimic signs of addiction, obscuring and compounding the problem.

This ongoing group focuses on providing support for older adults who are concerned about their use of alcohol or prescription medications, as well as support with issues associated with aging.
