Summerfest brings hundreds of community members together for a fun-filled day!

Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce hosted SummerFest today! From Bailey Ave and Main Street to Prospect Street, downtown Ridgefield was alive family fun activities, outdoor food vendors, and live entertainment.

Local businesses held sensational sidewalk sales and more than 70 vendors showcased their products and services.  A popular attraction was the Farmers Market sponsored by CorCystems Inc and Fairfield County Bank. Simpaug Farms, The Hickories, Hayfields, and Veronica's Garden were among the local farms selling fresh produce and treats. Attendees cooled down at the Cucumber and Chamomile Tea Shoppe booth with cold ice tea (thank you, Meredith).

Bailey Avenue and the Town Hall parking were transformed into a zone for kids. Child friendly vendors and a variety of activities including an interactive race track, bounce house, face painting, air brushed tattoos, archery made for smiling faces.

Thank you to the Ridgefield Chamber and all of the community supporters who made today possible. It is just another reason to fall in love with Ridgefield.
