RVNA Health Source: Well Child Clinic this Tuesday

Ridgefield VNA will be offering their next Well Child Clinic this Tuesday, August 30 from 6-8pm at our 27 Governor Street office. Well Child Clinics help to keep children from birth to age 18 healthy with school and sports physicals and immunizations.

Local medical professionals volunteer their time in order for RVNA to provide this important community service. Children from outside the Ridgefield community are welcome. All that is needed for a complete physical and appropriate immunizations is a child’s current immunization record. Also remember to bring any necessary school or sports medical paperwork to be completed. To receive an immunization without a physical exam, a doctor’s prescription is needed. The cost is $50 for a physical and all required immunizations (or no cost, or sliding scale cost, based on income) and $21 for immunization only visits.
