Ridgefield's Magical Holiday Stroll

The spirit of Christmas was present in the hearts of all the merry townsfolk who walked about the sidewalks of our magical downtown tonight.

With carolers strolling about, ice sculptors being artfully created, and the always popular horses clopping down Main Street carrying carriages filled with locals, our town looked like the creative work of Norman Rockwell. 

The dancers on display inside the large window of Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance dressed in costumes from The Nutcracker was a sight to behold, as was the Living Nativity, a creation of Jesse Lee Church, unfolding on the front lawn of St. Stephen's Church.

Festively decorated shops opened their doors and welcomed strollers inside for cheer, nibbles, and shopping.

It truly is "A Wonderful Life" in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Thanks to all who made it possible, including Downtown Ridgefield, Inc. and the amazing local merchants.

  • School of Rock performance at Town Hall 12-1pm
  • Jewelry-Making Workshop SPHERE. Free for participants 10:00am-3:00pm
  • Photos with Olaf and Anna Outside Town Hall - Bring your own camera 11:00am-1:00pm
  • Strolling Carolers & The Nightengales atRidgefield Boys and Girls Club 1:00-4:00pm
