History Reenacted: Battle of Ridgefield Takes Downtown by Storm

 

The Battle of Ridgefield will be reenacted on Saturday, April 29 in recognition of the 240th Anniversary.

Starting at 11:00 A.M. the Battle will be restaged and fought down Main Street. The Battle will conclude at 3:00 P.M. at the historic Keeler Tavern. Join us to witness this historic skirmish between American and British forces that was fought during the Revolutionary War.

The reenactment will be both educational and entertaining for all ages. Sections of MAIN STREET WILL BE CLOSED during the battle.

Jerusalem 49 Masonic Lodge and The 1777 Wooster - Sons of Liberty Foundation a 501(c)3 educational charity invite you to join us for the 240th anniversary reenactment of The Battle of Ridgefield on April 29th - 30th for a weekend of wonder and exploration sponsored by The 1777 Wooster - Sons of Liberty Foundation a 501(c)3 educational charity. Jerusalem Lodge 49 AF & AM of Ridgefield is presenting the reenactment and related events honoring General David Wooster.
