• RTB 10U Try-out:  9:00AM - 1:00PM, Aldrich Field
• RTB 11U & 12U Try-out:  2:00 - 6:00PM, Aldrich Field

**RTB 10U team is open to 9U players.  We have in past years taken some players that are ready at the 10U level.  Please use the 10U registration link above.

*  RTB will be holding tryouts for 3 teams:  10U, 11U and 12U.  Provided that we have a good turnout and see enough qualified players, we will proceed as planned.  Once try-outs are over, we will have a better idea of the players' talent and interest, and proceed accordingly.  We encourage all serious players to attend the tryout.

*  All spots on teams are open for competition, and the teams will be selected by independent evaluators.  Managers and coaches will be selected from the pool of players that make the teams.  Mike Scarlett, a long time RLL manager and coach, has offered to manage the RTB 12s team.  We expect that to be finalized by tryouts. Prior participation on RTB teams does not guarantee anyone a spot, so please use this event to showcase your skills!

*  Players selected will be expected to attend winter workouts (Sunday evenings) at Coastal Baseball in Danbury starting in January. Games (usually doubleheaders on Sundays) start late March and end prior to RLL playoffs (early June).  All players are expected to remain in good standing with RLL, and there should be little to no scheduling conflicts.  The winter workouts are not optional, and players should plan accordingly.  There will be a tournament on Memorial Day weekend for all teams, and the RTB 12U team will once again attend the summer Cooperstown Tournament in early August.

*  Costs for this program are usually just under $500 dollars including workouts at Coastal Baseball and the tournament.  Cooperstown is NOT included in this fee. Fundraising helps defer these costs.
