Additional Line Crew Arrive In Ridgefield: Most Power To Be Restored During Overnight Hours

Ridgefield is down to 318 residents without power, that’s down from a high of 2300 on Monday morning.

First Selectman Rudy Marconi just told us that additional line crew arrived in Ridgefield at 5:00 pm this afternoon.

Marconi reports that he anticipates most if not all power will be restored during the overnight hours.

One road that may be the exception is Canes Hill Road. “It’s a mess,” says Marconi, who adds, “It will take about 8 hours to restore power there and they [the crew] has not started yet.”
