Other inflammatory culprits are milk,  overcooked meats, refined grains, and common cooking oils such as vegetable, corn soy etc. Instead, opt for fruit and load up on berries, wild salmon, sweet potatoes, ginger, and lots of fresh organic vegetables. Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and flush the body of toxins.

The holidays are upon us! I am not saying never have dessert. I am saying to be smart about food choices. Not only will your body thank you - so will your skin!
