Get Coached by Super Bowl Winner Pete Carroll's Coach - Sean Brawley

I had the pleasure today of meeting with Sean Brawley, a charismatic, spirited performance coach and former professional tennis player who will be leading an exciting workshop next week on February 12th at the Dolce property in Norwalk, CT. Though modest about it, Brawley is the man to whom Pete Carroll, coach of the 2014 Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, turned for guidance after Carroll was fired from the New England Patriots and before he took the head coaching job at USC.

"Sean Brawley is the best coach of the inner game that I have ever worked with. His coaching and consulting was instrumental in our winning 2 national championships."--Pete Carroll

Leaders today are faced with the challenge of being technically strong, delivering on results, and engaging a high performance workforce. A significant key to leadership success includes coaching sessions on performance, job development, and career goals. Being a leader who coaches means more than just dispensing direction. Leader Coaches are adept at developing relationships by creating an environment of trust where employees want to learn and perform to their highest potential. The coaching conversation is the vehicle for building engaged relationships that lead to sustainable change and consistently high performance.

To discover and develop your leadership coach skills, you can take advantage of the opportunity to join a limited number of participants who will receive maximum interaction with and personal attention from Sean Brawley during this unique workshop format that includes, among other things, simple tennis exercises that help people embody Leader-As-Coach principles. No prior sports experience or special equipment necessary. Here are the details.

Recent endorsement for the Sean Brawley and the Leader-As-Coach Workshop:

"I highly recommend this program. I have been in the coaching and training and development business for over thirty years and seen numerous approaches on the topic of leader as coach. Sean has a truly unique style and methodology to help others achieve breakthroughs in their coaching capability. His longstanding partnership with Tim Gallwey, author of the series of Inner Game books, gives Sean a truly distinctive perspective on coaching. He received rave reviews for his workshop at the Leadership Forum at Silver Bay last July and again for his recent workshop at the Dolce Center in Norwalk, CT."
