St. Mary Parish announced during all weekend masses that Mary Grenchus, M.A. has joined the Parish staff as the new Director of Religious Education.
In early June, the Parish bid farewell to Sister Joan Brennan who served as Director of Religious Education for 25 years.
As Director of Religious Education, Grenchus will guide Ridgefield's young Catholics in their faith, prepare them for sacraments, and lead the volunteer Catechists.
Grenchus is the mother of twin boys who will enter the 4th grade. Prior to accepting the position of Director of Religious Education, Grenchus was a theology and religion teacher at the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy.
