Evelyn Carr performs as Gertrude McFuzz this weekend in the Star2B Performing Arts production of Seussical Jr at Cunneen Hackett Arts Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. The production features children from six counties in NY and CT. Evelyn Carr has performed several times at Carnegie Hall, Westchester Broadway Theatre, and with Chelsea Opera. She is also the soloist on the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra's 50th Anniversary recording of the National Anthem.
The professional team at Star 2B, including director Jake Vander Linden (Ghost National Tour) and Choreographer/Music Director Kyle McIntire (Elf National Tour) have created a colorful, high energy show with popular characters and great life lessons that are always a part of Dr. Seuss books.
