Ada Casiano joins Fairfield County Bank as Vice President, Compliance Officer

Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Ada Casiano to Vice President, Compliance Officer. Ms. Casiano has more than 5 years in compliance and banking regulation experience. She formerly held the position of Regulatory Compliance Counsel at Doral Bank in New York, New York.

Ms. Casiano’s responsibilities include: Providing guidance on compliance issues based on new and existing applicable laws and regulations, performing annual compliance risk assessments as well as compliance audits, coordinating compliance training and assisting in bank wide oversight and implementation of compliance efforts. 

Ada received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. She is a member of the American Bankers Association and the Connecticut Bankers Association. Ms. Casiano was also a member of the Puerto Rico Bankers Association. Ada currently volunteers for United Way.

Ada is located at the Fairfield County Bank Operations Center at 94 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT.
