Immaculate High School Kicks Off Golden Year with Time Capsule & Mass dedicated to Rebecca Townsend

Immaculate High School kicked off a very special 50th anniversary celebratory year today with staff, students, friends, and local officials.

The day began with a Mass dedicated to 2015 graduate, Rebecca Draper-Townsend who died tragically in July. Rebecca's mom and dad were present for this heart-felt time of prayer.

Following the Mass, the school participated in a Time Capsule Ceremony with State Senator Michael McLachlan, City of Danbury Mayor Mark D. Boughton and Diocese of Bridgeport Associate Superintendent, Kathleen Casey, in attendance.
