Ridgefield's own Tucker West made U.S. Olympic team's "Athletes to Watch" list. "He is in good company with Chris Mazdzer and Lindsey Vonn," his dad wrote on the Team Tucker Facebook page.
Tucker West was the youngest athlete to ever make the USA Olympic Luge team at 18. He finished 22nd at the 2014 XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia.
In early December, Tucker, along with Chris Mazdzer were the first U.S. men to finish 1-2 at Luge World Cup. Read about it here.
