RHS Senior, Margot Racy, Interns With The Natural Scoop

Margot Racy, RHS Class of 2016, is currently interning with The Natural Scoop, a Ridgefield-based business that brings a new spin to an old concept – an ice cream truck that provides organic, natural, and delicious frozen treats with many options for people with specific food allergies and preferences.

Margot is hoping to learn the ins and outs of running a small business as well as marketing and PR. She will also put her photography skills to good use. “I’m excited to work with The Natural Scoop because I plan to major in Marketing at Villanova University,” Margot said. “This opportunity is just the experience I need to help me learn what it means to run a business.” During high school, Margot played field hockey, was an active member of NCL, worked for Role Model Mentors as a photographer, and launched her own photography business.

Kirstin Cerulli and Carin Crook, co-owners of The Natural Scoop, are thrilled to have Margot as an intern for the next three weeks and plan to show her the ropes while letting her eat all the ice cream she wants.
