Officer Mark Caswell was recognized as being the Ridgefield Police Department's Officer of the Year (2015) at the Connecticut District Exchange Clubs Annual Salute to Connecticut's Finest event last Thursday.
The event was held at the Aqua Turf and recognized Officers from across the state. A special thanks to the Exchange Club of Ridgefield and Great Job Mark!
