Last Friday, July 22, community members were treated to an artistically inspired dance performance at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum.
Dancers from The Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance (RCD) choreographed a special repertoire in beautiful harmony with Museum exhibits. "We had quite a turnout," said RCD Artistic Director, Amy Piantaggini.
Providing RCD students the opportunity to dance amidst museum exhibits is of utmost importance to Piantaggini. "It is exciting for the students to see the relationship of art across disciplines - we are so fortunate to have this gem share Main Street with us," she explains.
