St. Stephen’s Nursery School had their fist Chapel lesson of the school year. For September Chapel, the children were introduced to our Chapel program, explaining that Chapel is when we learn about God and Jesus.
"We talked about a core – how a core is a center that holds everything together, like an apple core. In the same way we ask God to be at the center of our school, to guide us and watch over us and love us. Then we made our Chapel apple core projects. We also talked about the Bible, and that it is a special book that teaches us all about God and Jesus," explained Noelle Carr.
Each child was presented with their very own Beginner’s Bible to bring home and share with their family.
