Meet RVNA Spelling Bee contestant Ellen Bonheim!
Ellen owns Firefly Family Yoga and is a certified yoga teacher. She is certified to teach everyone from kids to adults, prenatal and postnatal, and even people balancing on stand up paddleboards, how to find their pose. She lives in Ridgefield with her husband, two children and a plethora of animals.
