Bethel's Doherty Petri School of Irish Dancing brings Irish joy to SPHERE

The Doherty Petri School of Irish Dancing in Bethel paid a visit to the Sphere Music and Performing Arts group tonight, Thursday, March 16, to perform a surprise show. "What happened next was quite awesome," said Ridgefield resident and one of tonight's attendees, John Collins.

Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, the dancers entertained and joined together in step with SPHERE members to bring Irish joy to all!

"I can't wait to to see the Spheretacular Show in June. Kudos to Kim Peterson Pereira and all of the work that she does with SPHERE," Collins said.

Thank you to the Doherty Petri School of Irish Dance and to SPHERE music director Kim Pereira for bringing the magic of the performing arts to members of SPHERE.

SPHERE’s mission is to enrich and enhance the lives of adults with disabilities through education, recreation and the arts while fostering and nurturing relationships between SPHERE members and the community. Learn more about SPHERE here.
