Ridgefield High School is 4th Best in State According to U.S. News & World Report

U.S. News & World Report has just released their ranking of Connecticut High Schools, listing Ridgefield 4th best in the state

The article states that in the 2017 U.S. News Best High School rankings, Connecticut has earned eight gold medal schools, 24 silver medal schools and 16 bronze medal schools. 

The report ranks Ridgefield High School #298 in the National Rankings and states that RHS has earned a goldmedal. "Schools are ranked based on their performance on state-required tests and how well they prepare students for college," the article states.

Top high school in the state is Amistad Academy in New Haven and coming in second is Weston High School.

The U.S. News rankings include data on more than 22,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. View the list in its entirety here.
