Charlie the "Licky" Winner
This past weekend William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty set up tables at the Annual Great Pumpkin weigh off. What a great turn out!
Real Estate agents Meri Hopkinson and Paul Gervais were busy manning their Games of Chance and photo op board which featured the Lollipop Guess and the Condo price guessing in which whomever guessed the highest price condo sold this year in Ridgefield would win a designed Fall Floral arrangement. The winner of the urn of flowers was Sherry Rudy. Her guess was $,1545,000 and the most expensive condo was sold at $1,875,000. The condo is located at "The Elms" on Main St.
Many asked about how to find out how many Lolli's are actually in the container..here are the stat on the Lollipops:
We had 175 guesses, 106 guesses under the correct amount and 64 were over ( could not win if went over was stated on the sign), and we had 5 ties who all guessed 150 lollipops in the jar!
The number of Lollipop is 152 in the jar ! The winner was picked by our office manager after the 5 names were put into a hat and one was randomly plucked. Charlie happily picked up his lollipops at our Main Street office!
