New drivers learn how to fix a flat at Georgetown Auto Body

A full gas tank, a resonant radio, and that new car smell: three of the many things that captivate adolescent minds as we enter the driving world. Yet when a flat tire slows us down, these assets take the backseat. We need to know how to proceed - and quickly.

On Sunday, January 14th, the National Charity League Ridgefield Chapter’s Class of 2019 learned exactly how to handle this inconvenience. Thanks to Mr. Patrick Venus of Georgetown Auto Body, the girls received an interactive lesson on tire-changing and road safety. Each girl participated, whether she removed lug nut covers or used the jack to raise a vehicle. We greatly appreciate Georgetown Auto Body for their excellent instruction!
