The Aldrich Introduces Families to Knitting

Families are invited to get together to explore the fundamentals of the popular craft of knitting at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum on Sunday, January 26.

From 3 to 5 pm, master knitter Nancy O'Connell will teach the basic stitches at this beginners' class—yarn and needles will be provided. Adults and children ages 8 and older are invited to create together in this family session of the Museum's hands-on Makers series.

Admission is $15 for Aldrich members and $20 for nonmembers. For further information, contact Michelle Friedman, Youth and Family Programs Coordinator, at 203.438.4519 or mfriedman@aldrichart.org.

The Aldrich is located at 258 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877.
