Fairfield County Bank unveils newly designed office on Federal Road in Danbury

FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK REDESIGNS FEDERAL ROAD OFFICE

Fairfield County Bank unveiled its redesigned Federal Road office in Danbury on Thursday, August 28, 2014. The office has a reconfigured layout complete with a visitor lounge area, advanced teller technology, a coin machine, and more. The new design will provide a more personal financial service experience and include banking, insurance and investment services in one location.  

Dan Berta, President of Fairfield County Bank was in attendance for the re-opening of the branch, “While banking is moving toward a focus on electronic transactions, branches are still a critical part of banking and hold an important place in our community. I am thoroughly amazed at the new Federal Road Office; it has a more efficient layout and increased service capability. We expect our customers to have a more enjoyable banking experience as a result,” said Berta.

The Federal Road office is run by Branch Manager Brian Kenny along with Staff Support Supervisor Alaina Vedda and Christian Matute, Janette Fabrizio, and Daniel Campbell. The new office design includes a universal system allowing any employee to process a transaction at any station.

Andrea Coreau, Senior Vice President of Retail Banking is responsible for all Fairfield County Bank branches, “The redesigned Federal Road Office is another example of the Bank’s desire to improve our customer’s banking experience. This branch will act as a pilot for future office improvements, allowing our employees to work efficiently and our customers to bank conveniently,” said Coreau.
