Breathe Deeply & Attend a Free Yoga Class at the gym

"Essentially Yoga is a healing practice that help us cope with the ups and downs of life and enables us grow more quiet space in our lives," says Yoga instructor Valerie Rich.

Rich, who teaches Yoga at the gym, has been breathing deeply for well over 20 years. She has taught, practiced, and studied in three different countries and continues to study with great teachers such as Geeta Iyengar, Lorin Roche and Tim Miller.

You can attend a Yoga class lead by Rich at the gym. “I have a passion for creative, challenging classes that everyone can participate in whatever the level of experience,” says Rich. Her studies with Iyengar Yoga and her love of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga make her classes dynamic and safe.

With the mantra, "live the life we would love, and waste our hearts on fear no more", Rich will take your body and soul to a place of health and peace.
