It's Sugaring Season in Connecticut

It's March, which means maple sugaring season in Connecticut. Maple syrup producers across the state are hosting open houses, demonstrations, and festivals where visitors can learn about, eat, and buy locally harvested syrup.

Stamford Museum and Nature Center

Historic and modern methods of sugaring are demonstrated along with crafts, food and more. Their Maple Sugar Weekend Festival is March 7 & 8.
