Ridgefield's restaurant scene is growing... signs were recently posted for Luna Rossa. This modern Italian restaurant is located at 90 Danbury Road, Ridgefield, in the old location of Spagone, which closed last year. We have been unable to contact the restaurant for more information. Calls are diverted to an answering machine and the website looks like it is in progress, but as soon as we know more, we'll share with our readers.
We did ask two other local businesses, Animal Fair and the Ridgefield Running Company, if they had more information on the restaurant. Both had heard it would be "family-friendly Italian dining" and were very excited about a new neighbor.
