It appears a new nail salon will soon open in Ridgefield. A sign taped inside the window at 35 Danbury Road (next to the Mobil station) reads "The Rutledge Nail Spa COMING SOON".
The attractive space has been occupied by two nail salons, Cinderella Nails, and most recently Serenity Nail Salon.
The website listed on the sign, therudledgenailspa.com is not yet active.
