- 2nd course: Cajun Sweet Corn Soup with Knob Creek
- 3rd course: Short Rib Sliders with Basil Hayden's
- 4th course: Smoked Pork Loin with Angels Envy
- 5th course: Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with a pecan infused Jim Beam
