32 BMW dealers out of 339 in the U.S. honored as a Center of Excellence
BMW of North America, LLC has awarded BMW of Ridgefield the Center of Excellence (COE) Award in 2015.This is the fourth consecutive year BMW of Ridgefield has earned the COE award.
The award is based on 15 Key Performance Indicators including sales volume, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and operational efficiency. The award honors the top 9% out of all 339 BMW dealerships in the U.S.
BMW of North America President and CEO Ludwig Willisch states, “Many of those on the list have earned COE honors over multiple years. To me, the achievement is evidence that these centers know how to continuously delight their customers”.
