There's a new BBQ restaurant in town, and after being treated to a preview of their food last week, I'd say they're a clear contender for best BBQ in the area. Smoked "slow and low," Hoodoo Brown BBQ's meats fall right off the bone, melt in your mouth, and leave you wanting more.
They'll also be featuring plenty of CT beers (Black Hog, 2 Roads, NEBCO), specialty cocktails (including an Old Fashioned made with smoked ice...how cool is that), and fun events.
I highly recommend you head over and check them! They'll be opening on Friday, May 22nd.
