Firefly Family Yoga Open House & Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting on September 1
Firefly Family Yoga of Ridgefield is pleased to open their doors for an open house and ribbon cutting at their studio at 80 Grove Street Tuesday, September 1st from 5 – 6 PM.
Owned by longtime Ridgefield resident Ellen Bonheim, Firefly Family Yoga is unique in the local yoga community as they offer a team of wellness experts specializing in services for the entire family – with concentrations in prenatal, post-natal, mommy/daddy & me, kids, teens, seniors, and gentle yoga, occupational therapy with lactation support, meditation, massage, and aromatherapy through essential oils and other holistic wellness services.
Firefly Family Yoga's mission is to help each student find a sense of peace while stirring the fire within. Says Ms. Bonheim, “We believe that we are all capable of tuning in to what we truly want. We can all be compassionate to others but most importantly must be compassionate to ourselves; yoga is a wonderful part of a practice of full-body wellness that teaches us how to do just that. Whether coming to our studio for the first time as an expectant mother, a toddler, a teen or an adult, Firefly is proud to have something for everyone.”
