Reproductive Medicine Associates of CT is Hiring a New Patient Liaison
Description/Summary:
RMACT patient liaisons are primarily responsible for scheduling new patient appointments for all RMACT physicians and offices. The position based in Norwalk, will support the organization’s efforts to support an effective intake process, provide a premier customer service experience, and support new patient growth objectives. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following work approaches to effectively and efficiently meet the requirements of the position:
Candidate must have excellent oral and written skills. Candidate will be able to consistently demonstrate effective communication including good word choice, appropriate vocal tone, advanced probing, and ability to communicate technical information clearly in an emphatic and supportive manner. Candidate will demonstrate the ability to be flexible in communications, both internally and externally and collaborate when necessary to accomplish assigned tasks. Candidate must be willing to become fluent in technical terms surrounding advanced reproductive techniques (ART), procedures and emerging trends.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of similar call center or inside sales experience
Hours: 25 hours
